The day begins with an overview of Ancient Aromatics to Modern Day Aromatherapy followed by a closer look at what essential oils are, how they are extracted and how to use & store them safely.
Profiles of 6-essential oils will be covered with practical sessions introducing basic methods of aromatic inhalation & skin application together with the art of blending essential oils. Comprehensive notes will be provided and participants will make a personalised blend to take home.
The Aromary is set among 7-acres of natural bush & gardens with beautiful ponds, streams and waterfalls. A tranquil environment for aromatic study.
